Last night was one of those evenings that reminds us why we started the Dreams of Future Past podcast.

We recorded two new episodes, each exploring a very different chapter of history.

The first takes a look at the enduring appeal of James Bond, the cars, the gadgets, the technology, and the optimism about the future that helped define an era. We discuss why Bond continues to capture our imagination more than sixty years after his first appearance.

Our second episode travels back to The Great Exhibition of 1851 in London’s Crystal Palace. Long before airplanes, computers, and spaceflight, the Exhibition celebrated the world’s greatest inventions and introduced millions of people to technologies that seemed almost magical at the time. It’s a fascinating reminder that every generation has looked toward the future with the same mixture of curiosity and excitement.

Recording these conversations is always a highlight for me, and we can’t wait to share both episodes with you. You can listen to our most recent release, Harley Earl, Designing a Desirable Future, by clicking here. You will be redirected to the Clocktower Media web site where you can select your favorite podcast platform to listen from.

If you enjoy history, classic technology, space exploration, and the stories behind innovation, keep an eye on the Dreams of Future Past podcast. More episodes are on the way.
